...you know I have always been somewhat of a techy... I have always loved technology. But how much is too much? There is so much noise around us... that we can't even find time to think. Meditating on scripture is a "lost art". I am guilty of it too. I find the scripture I need to prove my point or sermon. But I miss the days of just meditating... soaking in God's word. Letting it live and breath in me... letting it dictate and challenge.
I would suggest... turn technology off or at least down for awhile... and get "old school" and soak in his word.
